Position Title: Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation Aide.
Position Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy. Assists the physical therapist with appropriate patient-related activities. Prepares equipment and physical plant for daily activities. Assists in the Wellness Program. Possesses exceptional communication skills and performs multiple tasks while remaining courteous.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong Interest in attending PT/PTA school is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role /function preferred.
- Basic computer skills/proficiency preferred.
- CPR Certification is required. (will help with training).
- Customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with staff members, supportive personnel, patients, physicians, and community members; are required.
